do u reckon its worth converting my rs turbo to efi whilst i have the engine out and puttin it in summit else. ive got a mate who can help me do it but do u reckon its worth me while. it wont cost much to do, will get me plently oh chatter BUT im not goin cossie management yet at this stage. still worth doin???

don't do it just for chatter!!!

its a mappable system so a bit more reliable than MFi, just starting mine is so much easier now, 1st turn of the key every time

 

must admit, mine starts instantly anyway but i wanted it for chatter and also the fact a efi system prob wont want setting up as often

whats everyone else think?

 

i say go for it aswell mate, much more scope for tuning in the future and alot more reliable and efficient....

 

Why does everybody say the MFi is unreliable. Mine has hardly given any trouble in ten years. It's an ok set up if looked after. There is also plenty of tuning scope with the MFi system

 

oranco does have a point, like the guy in my local garage said to me, the k jet system isnt bad at all really. i just would like some more wastegate noise really and ive been told with efi i wont need the car settin up every few months
