Default advice needed

my car has a flat spot when you come on boost the car sort of holds back and won't accelerate. it clears up at after the about 10sec's and goes like stink.
it gets worse in higher gears
it holds boost fine.i must find the fault soon cos i'm going crazy
i had put the car in for a tune up and got told they have taken ma dump vavle off and it seems a little better but still the same

do use think it is the turbo thats gone or any ideas folks would be great

get it to AVA. . dont waste time or Ł anywhere else.

could be a boost hose collapsing under load.

are they std or samco?

*Runs for cover before the dump valve ruck starts again*

The main reason, aside from hating the sound, is that the engine hates air leaks, which is exactly what a dump valve introduces, and the pressure isnt enough to need one, as it wont damage the turbo.
