Default Holding back when coming on boost

The turbo spins up fine but when it's time to boost it splutters and hesitates and you can feel it holding back.

Also when driving at very low revs, any accelaration makes it do the same kind of thing, it seems to chug and misfire and more revs are needed or a higher gear where it seems ok.

Any ideas??

Prob about 1500 miles ago or so. I'm hoping it's as easy as plugs but will change oil, filters etc too

You need a timing strobe if you dont know how to do it id get to a tuner/garage and let them check it. it's only a 10 min job but if you get it wrong it will run worse.
