Default Any Advice?

Hello chaps

I need to replace front passenger shock on the S2. I'm stuck trying to undo the top strut nut Looks like when i fitted the chrome strut tops i did the nut up too tight

I've spent the afternoon trying to undo it, deep ring spanner in one hand, allen key in the strut top in the other hand, fooker wont budge

I've soaked it in WD now so will try in the morning but doubt it will budge, what u suggest? Don't fancy getting the blow torch out on it being near the fuel filter, battery and brake resi oh and burning my nice shiny strut top

Any suggestions?

just go into a local tyre place and ask them to just wizz them off with the windy gun and just hand tighten them down till u get home, a common problem

i brought a 12v impact wrench in the end for mine, only a tenner, gets them off straight away
