Tminig up a ZVH Engine
May be a daft question but how do you go about timing up the zetec bottom end with the cvh top end?

Just the same as you would a normal engine - either using standard pulleys and marks, or the proper way to do it is using a timing disc, and measuring true TDC, and full lift (usinga solid lifter).
