My mate is currently doing a ZVH on his S2 RST.
He has a late spec bottom end from a M-reg Mondeo
Acralight pistons (86mil)

He is currently in need of info.

1, what conrods to use, uprated !! and where to buy from
2, for the CVH head he wants bronze valve guides, anyone know best place to get them from
