Default knocking noise turning right , help!

right chaps need some help!

when in the car and i turn right there is an awful clicking noise as if the driveshaft is catching something! and when i turn left there is a scraping noise! thought it could be a cv joint but that would click all the time wouldn't it? and when examining the front brake disks there is abnormal wear on the drivers side but why only here the scraping when turning left? it's doing my head in!!! any ideas peeps?

try going straight instead!

is your wheel rubbing on the inner wing?
have your brake pads worn down/failed/or fell out!

I think I have the same problem, ive been bust spending loads of money this week and last trying to sort it without any luck

it started off as a "ch ch ch" more so turning right than left and now its very loud especially after ive been driving for a while. My dad told me I needed new disks, so i got new ones, but it still did it loud as ever.

I took it to Ford and they told me my steering rack was knackered and to do it would be a big job etc, but I thought yeah theres no way im neglecting my baby, my babes gets what she wants LOL, so it was away for about 4 days having a new rack put on and when I got it back? Still the "chh chh chh" Grrrrrr!!

Then my dad told me my brakes needed stripped, so we spent a whole day doing that, and the noise is still bloody there. Nobody knows what it could be!
