from what I've heard it really depends on what boost you are running, if low boost then the ngk bcr8es should be fine but if you are running high boost then I would say either ngk 9's or champion c57's............I think the entire country is out of ngk 9's so it the c57's at the moment, thats what I use and I'm running 22psi, never had any problems with them

the 7 is a hotter plug, and should NOT be used in an rst. The 8 is perfect for cars running upto 16psi.

Motocraft AGPS071 (colder) or AGPR901 (hotter). These cost about ten euros a set and none have gone bad on me yet.

To be honest with you its not exactly a critical choice on an RST which is moderatly tuned. Just use whatever your tuner recommends

These are a VERY good plug, but are difficult to get hold of.

Try the Denso plugs. They are masters, and if you can spend a bit more, buy the iridium ones. You may need to reduce their gap if your rst is standard.

They a cold racing plug - it'll be fine on boost, just might struggle a bit when cold.

The 071 plug has been replaced with the 701 plug. I think the plug is the same, just the numbering has changed.

Nope, the electrode design has changed. and they are prone to breaking up. They are still a good plug, but u HAVE to change them regularly.

They are the original s1 plug, i did have the finnis but lost it, sorry.
