Afternoon All,

I have read through loads of sticky's and wanted to put some questions on here, I have a long list of things to sort on this car so here we go...

Coil Pack - I need a new one, have read it doesn't matter which one to get is this correct?
The engine on this car is a 2.0 ZVH Silver Top running ofab efi
I have just got oil, filter, plugs - Anything else i should replace when doing the service fluids etc?
The car is a tab lumpy on start so i am guessing this is due to the coil pack as it sparks!!

Wheels - The car sits on Cossie wheels, the tyres are stretched, doesnt anyone else run this set up and any ideas on the correct tyre size?

Rear Brakes - I have a rear brake disck conversion (Cosworth), the brakes are shot, any suggestions on type of disk or size to put on?

Rear Shocks - I am getting the wheels off next weekend, was sold the car with full KONI but the struts are different colours at the rear, if i have to replace any suggestions on brand?


I think thats about it for now, i was sold the car as a minter and it doesnt need paint, rust, engine work, wheels etc so quite a bit of work to do but i love these cars so lets get it ready for the shows next year,

All cossie wheels I've seen on escorts and fiestas - the tyres always look stretched don't know, coilpack I'd just get a rs turbo 1.6 cvh coilpack I've got a 1.3 HCS and Ive had a zetec one and a cvh one doesn't matter

 

Thank you, from doing some research it seems the wider tyres rub, i quite like the stretched look just need to sort the rim as they have been battered a little!!
