Default MFI meetering unit problems

Hy guys i just found out that i got not fuel comming out from the meetering unit to the 4 fuel pipes wich goes to the injector

i cross bridge the fuel pump relay pucht the flap down but no fuel .( the fuel pump is running like normal fast but it hear like there is no hard pressure agains it.
i got fuel from the fuel filter to the meetering unit and the 5th injector got some fuel

i took the head off the meetering unit and the big plunger looks like going up and down free
(but here are some video on YouTube with the plunger that if you puch him its like a spring who puch him back again mine not it s mouve only with the gravity ...

thanks

Check the pressure in the line going into the metering unit (after the accumulator)

Sounds like the pressure reaching the metering head is pretty poor.

Well I got no tool to read the pressure.
But can also the not enough amount of fuel do this
like if there is not enough fuel in the tank
I remember I run out of fuel even if de gauge showed me 1/4 fuel rest
don t trust these gauge ....

If fuel is getting to the metering unit then you have fuel... If you disconnect the pipe to the metering unit and turn on ignition to prime the system does fuel blast out?(Obviously have the line pointing into a container - use basic safety etc etc etc)

If so then you have enough fuel to at least prime the injectors.. but without a tool to measure pressure you may as well just start guessing...
Even a ebay cheapy gauge could be plumbed into that line temporarily for a couple of quid to get an idea (doesnt need to be 100% accurate just give a "good" idea)

Well my fuel pump do not prime anymore on jumps on when I put 31 and 87 togheter on the fuel pump relay (full pumps runs when I trie to idle the car but no priming when I put ignition ON)

Yes I got fuel coming out from the fuel filter .. I tried also alredy an other fuel magnetic pressure actuator nothing change

As I sayed I gonna put few gallon back in the tank ...

HY GOOD NEWS :

after putting few gallon back in the tank and reput the meetering head wich looks alright for me crossbride the fuel pump i hear that ther was some pressure building
toucht down the flap i hear this PIGGY noise from the injector

So i got spark on my 4 Plugs (Group A coil) i got fuel i tried to start the engine but i only got little missfire from piston Number 4 as only there the exit exhaust manifold was hot.

So anyway i gonna buy new sparkplugs (because they was a little bit oxided after being 2 years in the garage like the car too)

And for sure checking the piston Compression wich i hope is alright but then what will be the problem?

the Flap on the meetering pops a little bit up and down when cranking wich means no AIR leak...

hmmmmm....
