what to do.. dont wonna smash my engine

do you have to placed the kenlowe between the cooler, and rad..

I've seen some pics where som S2's got the fans mounted in front of the intercooler... pleeeeease help

hi mate from what i know it is better for cooling to put the fans between the rad and the cooler, also did you wire up a direct switch to turn the fans on coz this helps.another thing that i have done is to drill three holes in the edge of my thermostat so that water constantly passes thruogh it .this might be of some help.

You can use a 82 C thermostat from Toyota Supra and M2. It even opens more when it opens allowing more flow. Also consider attacking the actual source of heat with some thermal insulation rather than just increasing cooling. A heat shield between the radiator and the turbo might do wanders.

Took my thermostat out, loads better without it as mine was getting pretty hot. Ok if u like "warmish" heat at night

Na, u may wanna get them fans on the rad mate, when I had my GRS i had the fan on the cooler and it cooked my engine!!! Not good.

It is a tight squeeze and u really need to remove ur rad and relocate to make it work properly.

hi mate i did have my kenlowe on the cooler but it did boil up alot of the time ,with the grs cooler graham supplies extra brackets so you can move the radiator back and get the fan in the middle of the rad and cooler loads better also dont use the foam pads that kenlowe supply coz they dont work as efficient, air comes out of the sides

hi m8's.... the prob is I had move my rad, so its closer to the turbo, otherwise my cooler could not fit i hate my self for not having bought a GRS..... I think i'll try to remove the termostat to start with... the thing is, my cooler i to high, so I can move very forward, cause if i do that, I cant close my bonnet... dammm
