Default Idle problems

As the title suggests, when I start my car it starts 1st time & idles ok, after a couple of minutes it chugges & dies out, then when I start it again it won't idle at all unless I keep the revs up but even after that when I let my foot off the accelerator it dies out again, anyone know how I can fix this?

Start with cleaning the idle control valve and go from there

Don't mess about and take it for a tune with some one who has decent experiance with the system.

northern Ireland is a bit of an issue for a setup and tune so worth reading my setup guide that everyone uses and claims as their own.
