I have a rebuilt engine all, with pistons WÖSSNER and kent cams Camshaft 35k
in Camshaft Kit, cam followers were coming, and these are broken, deformed by the lower, which has shredded cylinder head engine, metal chips in the oil


low are very sharp, What can be the cause?
I thought mechanical cam followers, burton power but says it is not possible, wiht kent cams 35k, Is it true? I can not? Mechanical cam follower with this camshaft?

Im pretty sure you can only use mechanical followers with a cam designed to be used with them. Newman for example made the camshafts and followers from the same material creating even wear to both the followers and camshaft. If you use the followers from one manufacturer and a camshaft from another chances are the materials are different, so one will be harder wearing than the other (un-even wear).

 

I removed the camshaft and is broken, 1000,millas and already wore
how can this be?

On a cvh thats not bad heard and seen them wear alot quicker its luck of the draw.

Newmans are the best out there and are used by many. Best thing to do is phone them and explain what power you are looking at and they will then tell you what you need etc.
