s2 gearbox oil leak

As per above just gone into the garage and i could smell gearbox oil,looked underneath and where the gearbox cradle is there is a large puddle of oil on the floor.my thinking is could the driveshaft gearbox seal have gone,if so where can i purchase one.ps car has not been run for 2 months so how has it leaked.cheers dave

You can buy the seals from Ford mate.
There is one on each shaft and one where the selctor rod goes into the box (which the linkage is bolted to.
Do some careful inspection to definitely find the leak as putting the new seals in is a 20 second job but its fairly major getting to the point where you can do it (shafts out, drain box and one of them is a pig to get in straight with the box in the car), so you want to be sure its necessary before you go for it.
Check the reverse sensor, all 3 seals mentioned and the bolt on the filler are not the source.
