think your looking at a approx 180 at fly with that little lot have you thought bout a bit of head work and cam instead of the stage 3 turbo might give you more power with less boost making it more drivable

Al - don't go for a stage 3 turbo chap - too much lag, a stage 2 will be good for well over 200 brake and doesn't suffer the lag. As Steve said 180-190bhp over 180ish lb/ft torque @ 15-17psi shouldn't be out of the question, particularly if you get the cam and headwork done as Steve suggests.

cam will make its power higher in the rev range so you should get one almighty kick up the arse at around 4k rpm...with stage three turbo, cam and nos all kicking in together!... i can see you goin into the nearest tree!...lol...

do brakes first m8 save money on getting your seats cleaned lol sounds like you are going to put alot of strain on your engine with the noz and boost etc be carefull remember its only a 1.6 designed ova 18yrs ago power isnt everything you need to be able to drive it.have you uprated your clutch? that will slip big time if its standard.has the car got eny other mods?good suspension .brakes etc
