Default 1.8 zvh

Hello, so after looking into doing a zetec conversion. Its going to cost aittle to much for me atm, so looking into doing a 1.8 zvh, now aparently you can use stAndard internals with a plate what lowers the compression and blocks the gallerys of? Am i right in saying this or read it wrong? Cos theres so many different ways, i knkw theres the other little bits and bobs to do, but thats my main question, also what block is best to use?? Cheers for your help, bill
