crazycage on here for mounts and shafts, as for boxes you have a few choices.

early manual linkage type box (rs2000/ mondeo) these are very cheap but come without a lsd so if thats something you want then thats extra

the mk1 frs box comes with quaife atb as standard and is a brilliant box, it has cable shift and from what "i've heard" its alot easier to do than the manual linkage
BUT its a hydro box type so you will need to do extra work to get this set up working in your car (karlos g has a good guide on this) and its got a electric speedo so you would need all the relevent bits to get this to work.

one that i think would work well for a basic DIY'ER that is having a go themselves would be to find a mtx with cable shift or manual linkage thats manual speedo not electric and possibly cable clutch and fit the frs internals in that casing

or just get that box and fit a lsd too it, it might cost more for the box but you will save alot in not having to buy all the componants to sort the speedo and hydro clutch ect

that would mean not having to figure out how to sort the hydro set up, and electronic speedo set up, clocks ect, and wouldnt cost a great deal to get them swapped as someone like karlos g would most likely do it cheap.... i know i could not do these things so this is the route i would use

There maybe other ways to do the conversion but you need to look at all ways and see what suits your needs and budget first.....

I have gone for the mondeo mtx box as was advised that the Focus RS box ratio's wouldn't be too great when fitting it with my 15" wheels.

As said already, crazycage off here for mounts and shafts, Focus RS clutch fits in with no mods, and the hydro clutch is a pretty simple mod with plenty of guides on here.
