Default Anyone seen this break here before in the head?

Has anyone seen this before and what would cause this the rocker been fitted wrong? Would this cause it to be tappety now en then?

what power-boost are you running some say they rip the studs out at big power and boost but never saw it myself.

At the most it runs 1 bar it hasn't ripped the stud out its the lug thats broke off that the rocker sits in,car started to get a tappet noise now en then and a was changing cam and tappers and noticed this!

used to see this a lot with my cars and customers too.

(couple of broken lugs, most just pulled the posts out)

usually down to over reved or locked up lifters.

never happened when i went solid lifters
