Default Help. Misfiring

Hi. I have recently down a engine change as I done my bottom end in the last 1. Iv got it running with no problems but I have a small misfire I have changed plugs leads dizzy rotor arm. And timing done it still hasn't sorted it. But when boosting its fine. Can any1 help please as I'm stuck. Cheers

Maybe a mechanical fault with a cylinder, you need to identify which one and then go from there.
