Quick one, removing engine

I did a series 1 in the back yard years ago, I'd already got the head off as it cracked a piston, the block itself came out pretty easily. I put the block in on it's own and put the head on after, it's easier to do that, as you're not chasing the motor round and round to tighten the head bolts if you don't have an engine stand/someone helpful to hold it.

if its a s2 and your dropping the block out the bottom then you wanna remove the anti roll bar first, I found out the first time I dropped 1 of mine out, struggled like hell and had to unbolt the clutch through the gap inorder to get it all out.
The next time I removed it I think I removed the bottom pulley, roll bar and it came out a treat.

yep, as others said, Bottom pulley off, and i jack the bell housing up to angle it up more to allow the engine to pull out easier.
can get the engine out very quickly this way.
