A hydraulic clutch is just the method in which the clutch is operated. Cable operated is the type on a standard rs turbo.
A paddle clutch is a type of clutch, usually with 4 or 6 paddles on the friction plate rather than a circular friction plate.

I've been considering one of these for a low power ZT I'm building...

They also do a stage 2 and 3 for bigger power applications, all very reasonably priced!

for 200bhp I would reccommend any decent fast road clutch i used a luk fast road in my last s2 i had that running with an rs 500 style intercooler , stage 3 t3 turbo ,piper 285 t2 cam kit that was after a brand new kent cam kit fell to bits on the rolling road mineutes after being set up and bedded in but the clutch coped fine its torque that kills clutches not bhp mukka
