Bought a nos one of these a few years ago. Bagged and boxed up till now, lovely and shiny. Puts it on the car and it won't start/run.
Put the scabby old one back on and everything's fine.
Suggests the 'new ' fpr is fecked?
Is there any way to test these things.

 

maybe behind the flat srew the 3mm allen screw is all turned anti clockwise.. need tu setup ?
