Default boost help

ive got a fiesta turbo on ofac with a t3 on a bleed valve its wound right in but still seems to be boosting at a bar been told its the actuator ? any ideas

That would suggest to me either vacuum pipe or actuator. Is the valve plumbed in correctly?

Sounds like to much pre-load on the actuator, wind it OUT a few turns to see if boost lowers.
If not, pipe the turbo direct to the actuator (removing the bleed valve) and see what it makes, might be a leaking bleed valve.

I think he means if the 'vacuum' pipe that goes from turbo to bleed valve or bleed valve to actuator is split it will be bleeding off air all the time.

Thats the ticket, I've once seen a DIY bleed valve plumbed into a Y piece between the plenum and the dump valve or dump valve and ecu, one or the other
