Default Low compression

Hello, been a while since ive posted on here,
Just bought a new rs and with a week of owning, the thermostat got stuck and popped the headgasket, so toook it all apart head skimmed, new bolts n headgasket, (all done correctly) and i done a compression test, startimg from the cambelt end, im getting 9 bar, 10 bar, 10 bar and 11 bar, seemed abit of a drop to me and headgasket had gone again, so took it all apart bought a new head and put back together, headgasket is all good, (so far) but still got same compression, it smokes a little to, so im wondering if its rings gone? Or something else? Ive changed valve stems aswell,
Sorry for long post and any help would be great, thanks bill

If it's blue smoke (oil) then could be rings, blocked breathers, turbo or valve stem seals.
Your uneven compression isn't great and as you've changed the head it can really only be rings.
