hi, im just wondering if anyone can shed any light on the type of sunroof fitted to the rs turbo mk4 shell.
is it the lift up type or the wind back type? i cant find the info anywhere
any info would be greatly appreciated

I thought they are all wind back on the series 2

Lower spec had tilt only. The owners manual clearly states 2 sunroof specs. Tilt & slide and Tilt only.

If the RS has the tilt only i'd say someone fit it... we all know how crap the sunroofs are.

thanks for your replies, yeah maybe someone has changed it back to the tilt one.
im hoping i can change it back to standard if i can find all the stuff to do it.

Could be a re-shell?

IIRC the tilt only sunroof was slightly smaller than the tilt and slide so a lot of work to get it to fit
