Not used them, but I like the idea..... Especially if you have cossie front discs without the retaining screw.

I think they seem pretty dangerous.

Normal studs have a seat on the back of the hub, where as these surely all the tension is on the 3-4 threads in the hub?! Although I could be wrong thinking about it as wheel bolts rely on nothing but the threads.

I got these of Ebay for my S2 as recommended by a famous S1 owner. He has used them on his S1 and suggested them to me.

You just screw the into the hub, I used a stud extractor to tighten them up, then just simply wack the wheel over them and tighten the nuts up. Checked the wheel before lowing down and happy with the results. Lowered it and checked again, again happy. Just gotta wait until resto is complete then i can fully check them after putting some miles on them. If not happy i can easily go back to wheel bolts.

think i still have a set as i went for longest ones they did for mine
