Hi, im new to fords but have a few mates who have had them and ive just done a rs turbo conversion to my escort combi van ive got a fiesta rs engine with a t3 turbo which im running with a ofac ecu and 165 superchip what boost do you think i should be running at with standard escort rs intercooler and rad and what bhp should i be expecting or am i being stupid and it will be 165?

10psi I would say . And yer the chip should bring you to about 165bhp

It's always best to get it tuned

Either way i would be looking at getting it checked out by someone who knows what they are doing, get the fuelling checked otherwise you could end up with a wanked engine.
