45mm intake valve, maybe some creative welding and raising the inlet port - I might think it could be true. But this would be a very $$$$$ cylinder head.
A very custom high duration camshaft would also be required to get the rpm well above 7500 rpm to make anywhere close to 260 HP at 8 psi.

Even so, this would be a record breaking, very high rpm ZVH, and very, very expensive.
yep you got it welded, ported like a downdraught port, ported inlet, it did not cost much as me and jim g did the work, well jim g got 135cfm @ 10 now its 143cfm with my modifications

i take you are into porting flow rates?, as you sound as you are, but yeah a CVH head is very very hard to get a high flow rate, but remember boost is just turbo back pressure

high boost 30 psi for 300+ uk heads make me laugh, they got no idea. im not going into more detail on a public forum sorry.

it will be, as the COSWORTH head flows 120cfm @ 10 and as a better combustion chamber design than the CVH standard

it does a 1/4 mile @ 115 mph 8 psi

Generally with smaller capacity engines, you do need boost for bhp though...
And a cut and shut zvh is hardly technologically ground breaking.

No, people use it because it's a more capable and modern engine. Please show us the dyno graph and timeslip you car did? A look at the head would be good too...

please provide graphs as all this is just word of mouth and as said a look at the head and run times as this would be a first imo
