hi, as title suggests wheres the best place you guys get your genuine ford parts from, tried Ford themselves in my area and totally useless.

Found Fordpartsuk, but their stuff is limited, what do you guys use?

Fordpartsuk is as limited as Ford. They are a ford dealer/warehouse essentially.
Places like burton power just use ford for their bits anyway. Genuine ford is only ever going to originate from ford.

Also try Graham at Carparts express . Hes managed to get hold of some tricky genuine parts for me in the past . But if you want genuine be prepared to pay for it .

i am after the under bonnet sound proofing, you know that massive tatty black/grey foam stuff that is attached to underneth all the bonnet.

also an original air box as i wanna take the k&n filter ou, any ideas?

It already has one but is a bit tatty after 22 years so thought id freshen it up a bit, or is it worth taking off altogether as it does get warm in there
