Default Fan & Heater Matrix Not Switching On?

Hi all, so the situation is I stripped my loom out because there were a few dodgy wires behind the dash, and my engine bay wiring was a complete mess. Everything works fine apart from the radiator fan and heater matrix. I've looked over my engine bay and there are 2 plugs that I don't remember what they go into! ..

They are literally next to the passenger side head lights just next to where the intercooler sits.

Heres a pic of them

I'm not even sure that these were even plugged into anything before hand as I have plugged in the fan to the plug from the loom.. I have tried bridging the fan switch wires which usually would turn the rad fan on automatically so something isn't plugged in, I just cant figure what?!

Can anyone tell me where the fan gets its current from?

I also have a blue/black wire from the starter motor i think its called the live switch wire? Where does that go into?

Should have paid a bit more attention as to what goes where.. Well I thought I had payed enough attention but obviously not

Any help is appreciated!

So the plug on the right goes to the washer jets. Fixed the problem too, I forgot to ground an earth wire behind the dash.. It was hiding from me
