Default Oil return pipe

Should the oil return pipe from the turbo to the sump have jubilee clips on?

Cheers, neil

IME Jubilee clips do not expand like the original springs clips and cut into the pipe if done up to tight causing it to split and piss oil everywhere.

As Karlos says...
I had jubilees on mine and it split, ive you do use them dont do them up tight theres no pressure (other than crankcase pressure) in that pipe just a steady return of oil back into the block/sump

Thanks for the advice, I've put jubilee clips on for now as it was leaking, I'll have a look at ford fair for some spring clips, anyone know what size?

Might even treat it to a new samco pipe

Cheers, neil
