No pic but it's just after the sump and before the flexi.

This is where im struggling as rob said same thing to me but my flexi joining bit seems to be inline with back of sump

It is close, mines probably about 2-3 inches back from the sump plug (sensor points at drivers wing parallel with the floor).

mine would be directly under sump inless i mounted it before sump as it goes down to go under the sump as ideally i need it before a flange joining section ?? where would be best so yours is horozontal from pipe pointing towards wing karlos
just want to make sure mine is mounted right

great pic thanks but my downpipe is a bit more of a gentle curve going to sump so flat bit starts just at bottom of sump bloody crap exhaust lol

very near turbo i thiught this was bas idea because of heat ?

If you look at most cosworths they are all put just behind the turbo and ive had no problem with mine.

Hey Bram, hows the car going mate? you won't have a problem with readings etc, but your sensor will have a shorter life.

Martin, you can literally mount the sensor where ever you like, mine is before the sump, pointing at around 11 o'clock IIRC, I may be going to the garage this weekend so if I do I'll grap a few snaps for you

Ok rob cheers was bit worried where to mount but got a few places I can do it if its not to much of a problem being near turbo then can get my ecu fitted
