Default What holds the side skirts on s2?

I know that there screwed at the bottom but what holds the top? mine looks like its been window bonded but are starting to go out of shape if you get me,

Theres a plastic strip that the skirt fastens to which is pop riveted to the sill

also can u still buy clip thingys for bodykit that hold it on wing????

No clips were used. Rivets for the inner arch lip and then double sided foam adhesive tape for the uper bit on the arch.

Front is the same but studs fitted into the mould of the kit with nuts in the inner wing.

series 2's had studs that nutted into the wing holes

i have 1 skirt mounting strip, not much use huh
its been possible to get the same part in plastic from window co's but ive not seen it resently, it was a sort of enlongated Z shape, 1 bit rivets to the sill and the other has the skirt hang on it

yeah thats what i was on about, the rears on mine never had studs and no moulding on the rear of the kit either for them either. the front did however.

iv used half inch self tappers 6 on each side + 1 underneath
