Im going down the cosworth management route on my S1 and was looking at my efi frst inlet an was wondering what was involved in mating a cosworth throttle body the inlet ? Ive not got a throttle body yet so have no idea if its just a case of bolting it up or making the studs holes bigger to fit etc

I might be selling mine very soon, all ready to fit, jano converted the manifold.
The face where the t/b attaches needs welding up and then skimming and then a hole drilling and tapping for the throttle body attachment,
I also have the modded throttle body and a pf09 tps thats not done 1500miles, these are now very difficult to get hold of and are mega bucks. and the thriottle linkage all ready to fit.
Cheers

3 of the bolts holes line up. And you can re drill the throttle body for the 4th, You just have to use a cap head bolt as you can't use a hex bolt head where it's close!!

it's easy to do as mentioned above and if your tps breaks you can use a rover one as i do easy to find and £15 brand new and there's several other makes that use the magic cossie management so don't go paying big bucks for it all shouldn't cost over a ton to find it all
