Default Schoolboy error....

I just looked under my dash at the wiring loom. No wonder I have a power drain somewhere. Its a fucking MESS under there (

Seriously considering taking the whole dash out and ordering a full new loom for the escort.

How much of a pain is it to strip a loom out and replace?

Id have a go at repairing it first.
With the dash out you've got a good area to work with!

New loom could be dodgy or you could have a loose/bad earth somwhere when you fit it and it will do your head in.
Have a go at fixing it i would or get an auto electrician to do it!
