Hello, is there an easy way to tell if my gearbox is a LSD one? if so how can I do it? cheers

 

Im sure if u spin the pot where driveshaft sits in gearbox then the other side should spin opposite way?
Im not 100% on this n not sure if u can just jack front up and turn engine over both wheelssides will spin opposite

Look through the drive shaft hole if you see a bar going across its an open diff if you can see what looks like a washer in there its a lsd box

 

if its a LSD box if you tried to spin one wheel with the car jacked up the other would turn in the same direction

 

theres a hole in the centre washer at diff

 

Jack the car up with BOTH wheels off the ground, make sure it is in neutral then spin the one wheel. If the other wheels spins the same direction then it has a LSD.... not to be confused with LSD tabs
