FRST never had LSD. Anyway what RPM does the turbo start to spoll up? A T3 should be perfect for 180BHP at your power you should be looking at hybrid turbos from stage 2-3...depending on other mods. I know you mention hybrid turbo but any idea what of the full spec?

Didnt know frst neva had lsd. Anyways its defo an lsd box. But turbo spools up around 3k n boosts at 4k ish it just holds back for a few seconds the boosh it goes? Dont know exact spec of turbo mate. As far as i know its a standard t3 hybrid? The tuner that set car up said he can get 250 bhp out of it easy but he wasnt sure if i had steel rods n forged pistons so he left it at 15 psi 205.7 bhp. I do had forged pistons n steel rods so next time i go ill get it sorted but i still need a better turbo

With a .36 turbine housing you should see very, very little turbo lag.
There is definitely something else wrong.
