HELP fitting escort cossie wheels on a mk4 escort rs turbo

i am going to buy some escort cossie wheels with 205 50 16 tyres on them, i have lowered my car 35mm, what will i have to do to not make it rub? roll arches? smaller tyres? antbody else done this? cheers chris

my mate said get 195 45 16 stretched?? i just dont know what they would be like lowered?

ive got these on my orion with 195 45 16 tyres on them and its been lowered they rub with other tyres or without trimming the arches

You can always trim the rear inner plastic arch a bit, that will help a bit and can't be seen as that's what I've done to mine.
