Default fitting a double capacity pace intercooler!

as title says, i just want to know if there is anything i need to look out for or any procedrue im to follow for doing this never done anything like it before! looks simple as fcuk but i wanna check first incase i miss anything!

Easy mate and straight forward ,is it a s1 or s2 you have as I a big arse I/cooler laying about for a s2 with all the fittings

Best thing to do m8 is stick it in the bin and fit a front mount

Best option is FMIC...if you dont wanna go down this route the next best option is the Forge twin core one. That perfect for keeping standard looks.

hey mate, if its the same as a frst u hav 2 cut the front bumper! if so u need 2 b 100% sure ur not going 2 want 2 fit a fmic as ul end up havin 2 get another front bumper! real pain in the arse! i hav a frst front bumper with thats been cut 4 a double cap ic and i cant shift it, will prob end up chuckin it!

so b sure thats what u want b4 u go cuttin anything! on the other side if u dont need 2 cut the front bumper then get it fitted, end of the day its better than a std ic!

No cutting is required on an escort. I've fitted plenty of pace double capacity intercoolers on escorts and have been fine at a bar of boost. A full front mount is obviously better but depends what you want to spend really

still havent got round to this ii just couldnae be arsed! have had heaps planned for the s2 this winter but ive sorta just done f'all!

Lol I ken the feeling, iv got 2 strip down the back end of my s2 and I hav'nt done a think yet apart from empty the boot lol
