Default Using Water

Hi my rst turbo has started using water but theres no obvious leaks, its not lost any power and the oil and water dont seem to be mixing any ideas?
The engine in a power engineering 1900 with a stage 3 head could it be the head gasket or something else eg the block??

Thanks Ben

i had the same problem mate it ended up being the gasket between the block and fuel rail, apparently there prone to going on number 2 cylinder which has something to do with water.
