Certainly mate, I won't be heading 'tup norf for a little while yet as I'm flat out with things/life but its definitely on the want list Are you in Essex mate (I always forget!). If your further up north then get your car to motorsport developments for a power run.... I love looking at pics of their dyno cell!!!!

I live round a couple of corners from msd, with carefull planning I can get there without hitting a single set of traffic lights power run will be on the cards, just be good with a few m/s cars alongside.

You lucky man. Close to MSD and clearly not inflicted with a traffic light on every road for 20miles around your house.

I can't change gear before I get stopped at a set of lights near me, I've been considering organising some form of megasquirt meet for a while, perhaps a dyno day of some kind? if it looks like enough people would attend maybe MSD's dyno would be a good place to host.

Take it easy

Rob,
No problem mate.
We are geared up here for pro hire by the half day so if you get yourself a few cars that need tweaking, you can hire the cell all to yourself and have a bit of a day out with it. Initially I would operate the dyno for you, but if it becomes a regular thing, once you have settled in and learnt the ins and outs I would be happy to leave you to it if you prefer.

How about a Megasquirt dyno shootout day?

Sounds good Stu, Im a month or so off yet personally, there are a good few cars around blackpool running on m/s.

Regarding the dyno, is there a minimum ground clearance?

Awesome, thanks Stu. Sounds ideal... I actually prefer having a dyno tech operate the dyno anyway as it leaves me free to tune. Just got to hunt for some Northern victims now
