brought it as a 3 piece kit off a bloke off here for £150.00 and its still going strong
Yeah im kinda in about 3 minds as of what todo about a clutch, ive got an "organic" but i can't remember what brand it is, starts slipping at a bar of boost!
Don't really wanna do the mk5 mod either.
Can't be an AP if it's slipping at around 185bhp, unless it's worn out of course! lol
Why don't you want to change the pedal Rog, takes about 45mins max?!
Dunno tbh, ive done a quadrant before and found it a nightmare... I think if im gonna mess about i might aswell go hydraulic? For a lighter and more reliable clutch...
Nah its not an AP, i forget who its made by. Brand new but starting to slip as it boosts up in 5th.. Pants is what it is lol!
Maybe a pedal mod and ap-35 is the way to go, but i don't want a mega heavy pedal and snapped cable...
First time I did it it took about an hour and a half, can do it now in under 30mins... Just a bit fiddly! lol
Hydraulic is an easy conversion, as you say a -35 and a cable setup is prone to snapping and very heavy.
That sounds like volounteering to me in exhange for a few beers...
I'll have to decide what i wanna do. For the time being, the boost is capped at 13psi to save the clutch and keep the injectors below 90% duty
