Default Clifford G5 and central locking not working...

Right,

I haven't touched my front doors at all, or any central locking wiring (AFAIK) and now my central locking doesn't work (from alarm, no door locks).

Any one have any troubles with cliffords and the central locking?

Any one got a clifford installation guide so i can lookup the central locking pin outs on the ecu and trace the wires back.

Cheers

Indeed mate, all the fuses are fine. I couldn't see a marking for central locking so checked them all. Is there a relay anywhere that has anything to do with CL?

No, lol. But every thing else in the door works...... could it be an earth problem?

Also, does the clifford have a tilt sensor that could inhibit the central locking.... the car was jacked up at the front.

The central locking module seems to have been removed and every thing is being done by the clifford.....

Don't know about these but suspect they are the same setup as other models from the era, so yes switched earth, on my setup I have two relays added into the circuit, one for unlocking and one for locking, when activated the alarm actuates the relay and sends the master lock to earth hence locking or unlocking respectivly.

Rob,
I'm sure mine are grounded behind the speakers in the footwell.

Cheers mate, good info to have. I can't see any external relays, wondering if the onboard relays in the alarm unit had enough juice as i was testing everything with a powersupply rather than a battery.

Cheers Muz,

Tbh, i think im just being lazy, need to get round it with a multimeter to see whats what really.
