unsure whether wrapped parts could be lacquered after, or if it wud bury the carbon effect weave in the process leaving them just looking shiny black? lol
Don't agree mate, I had matt carbon on my FRS from Barry @ Carbontech and matt carbon turbo heatshield from NMM.

a few of the lads i know have covered several parts of their cars in the carbon vinyl, and it just doesnt look right. i just think the fact that its matt finish allows u to see the fake weave even more clearly, so u can see all of the distortions and stretching u get from the vinyl wrapping process

i have no issues with real carbon in a matt finish or lacquered, just this stuff in matt comes across as obviously fake, and im not sure im a fan of it tbh

No I kept emailing him and he kept saying I'll be making a batch in 4-6 weeks, havent done them yet be another 2-3 weeks, no still not done I'm very busy etc then in the end he just said I can't see me making any, any time soon. I can't say I blame him though if he was only making a few £ on each set, especially as they would be so time consuming to make and finish to a high standard.

Problem with the small bits, to make any decent profit the prices need to be high, for what they are, its hard for him to go charging high prices
