Cheers buddy, I want to remove the standard ones but beable to put them back in if I ever sell the car! Do the standard rubber seals come out easily?

Easy peasy mate. The window and rubber are removed as one piece. Remove plastic B and c pillar trims. Rivnut a threaded insert into holes present on the B pillar ( I prefer these to rivetting the window bracket straigh to the B-pillar) and cut the C pillar trim (as red rsturbo said the trim is marked out), fit opening rear window rubbers and simply bolt the new windows up. Assuming you are fitting complete second hand units. My brother and I did mine in about 40 mins all in, including getting tools out and me grabbing a cuppa.
