That would be a great help mate thanks and no problem as i have a spare std wiper motor set-up plus arms, so thats all good as well.

i thought about doin it to mine as i like the 90's racer look, maybe using a 3 speed setup, cause these old wipers aint upto the rain of today lol.

merc wiper looks pretty cool.and covers quite alot.and manages to go quite far on both sides

mine does almost all of the screen, and uses the standard parts so doesn't cost a thing

when i rebuilt my mk3 i didn't have much choice but to go single wiper so i made my own out of a original setup. i removed the drivers wheelbox and extended the long rod also fit a larger wiper blade as you can see by the pictures it sat pretty low but i also had to cut into the heaterbox and bend a bracket slightly all in all it was a cheap fix and worked ok for me
