Default millage counter

Do the millage counters go round and start again from 0?

The only reason is because im looking to buy a escort but it has fairly low milage, but its had a new head and bottom and rebuilt turbo etc. Just a bit iffy about it thats all.

Thanks.

they are also very easy to change aswell. when i fitted new clocks into mine i changed the mileage to what my old clocks say, so hard to know the correct mileage unless it has all mot's to prove
