as above is it any good for a rst and whats it worth?

 

It will do what you want, costs around £340 new for a 4Cyl Wasted Spark setup (what you need), but for a little more MS2 and MS3 are available and are a faster and more feature packed/ready ECU.
For the right price though it would be ok.
