my turbo is on a sorn but got my reminder in £112.75 for 6 months £205 for the 12 months
and my bmw is only £30 for the 12 months
thank f**k i only tax the turbo for 6 months of the year

indeed, however saying the one of the roads on my daily commute has improved making the journey home alittle smoother in the s2, but the rest of the roads are shite!!

Yes that price is right (It's pre March 2001 and above 1549 CC) as you say it was £185 then £190 and now a £15 increase!!
Yes we have whats known as no claims bonus over here (NCB) so every year you don't make a claim, you get a reduction off your premium at next renewal.

Okay.. Here we have bonus system. I have -55% bonus because 10 years of accident free driving so far Rs turbo insurance is based to normal 1.6 mk4 escort so it is something like 400€ /year (i think 320£) -55% and then you can take optional crash,fire etc insurance. Tax is 70-75€ / year. Road tax is based to vehicle total weight. 2001 onwards road tax depends your car co2 emissions. My BMW 325i E46 2003 road tax is 185€ / year 204 g co2.
