was out yesterday doing some hi end mapping and think we may have reached the limits of a t34.48 on a 1.6 as we have a spike of 2.4 bar at 3800 but it drops again over a couple of hundred revs to 1.9/2 bar to the limiter (7000) and no matter what we did could not hold any more and think this might be due to the back pressure of the housing so just thought i'd share what we experienced with you all especially the lads thinking of putting the t34 on there cars, over winter i'll be trying some nos and will report back on what it does to spool and power through out the rev range, p.s i'll be at pod this weekend if any of you want any info or maybe a passenger ride if we have time etc

sounds good as im running t34.48 and greys and was looking to run about 2bar so i know that there is a little left in the turbo ... sounds like its going to be fun....
and i would mind a passenger ride so i can get a feel for what mines going to be like when its done in early 2011![Top](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/smile011.gif)

im a bit pissed off as i spoke to my mate at jamsport and it turns out that my gotech mfi has a internal map sensor thats rated to about 22psi so he thinks it wont be upto the job of 2bar+ .
he said to just set it up and see how it goes but to be honest i cant be arsed i just want it done once and only once.... so im going to sell the gotech and get ms or cossie management
